General
1. This Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) apply to Zeemart’s Referral Programme (“Programme”).
2. The Programme is offered by Zeemart Pte Ltd (“Zeemart”).
3. The entity referring is defined as the referring customer (“RC”).
4. The entity being referred to is defined as the referred entity (“RE”).
5. Current Zeemart app or Zeemart Buyer Hub users who initiate a referral on zeemart.asia/refer-a-friend or through any other means, are defined as “Referrer.”
6. Non-customers who signed up to use Zeemart upon a referral are defined as “Referee”.
7. By referring another to the Programme, the RC and RE agree to be bound by this T&C, Zeemart's General Terms and Conditions and Zeemart’s Privacy Policy.
8. Zeemart’s General Terms and Conditions and Zeemart’s Privacy Policy are available at zeemart.asia/terms and zeemart.asia/privacy-policy respectively.
Programme Participation and Eligibility
9. The participation in the Programme is available only to legal residents of Singapore.
10. The Programme is limited to new users of either the -
a) Zeemart app or the;
b) Zeemart Buyer Hub
11. It would take one (1) calendar month for the process of validation of the referral.
12. Zeemart reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel this Programme at any time.
13. The Programme can only be accessed available online at: zeemart.asia/refer-a-friend.
14. Current Zeemart app or Zeemart Buyer Hub users who initiate a referral on zeemart.asia/refer-a-friend or through any other means, are defined as “Referrer.”
15. Non-customers who signed up to use Zeemart upon a referral are defined as “Referee”.
Eligible Referrals
16. The Programme is only available for Referrers who are an active subscriber on eligible Zeemart account in good standing
(i.e. have stayed on Zeemart for at least 1 month and make at least S$15,000 worth of orders in that 1st month of usage). To make referrals, you must:
a) Provide us and the Referee with your valid phone number;
b) Have an active Zeemart account in good standing; and Be an individual person and of the age of majority in the
state/province or jurisdiction where you are resident at the time of participation.
c) Companies and employees of Zeemart or their subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate
family and household members, are not eligible to earn credit for referrals.
By entering or by providing Zeemart with your Referee’s contact information (all information collected by Zeemart under the Programme shall be governed by Zeemart’s Privacy Policy), Zeemart and/or its employee(s) may send messages through but not limited to SMS, email, phone call, and certain social media channels to the Referee through their details and personal particulars provided by you. You represent that you have the necessary consent from your Referee to send them the invitation
(either directly or indirectly through the Programme’s webpage (ie. zeemart.asia/refer-a-friend). Participation in the Programme is prohibited where void by applicable law or regulation. The Programme is only available through our online request for demo form at demo.zeemart.asia/buyer. If your account is “interrupted”, “suspended” or you cancel your account with Zeemart, you are no longer eligible to participate in the Programme. You cannot redeem a referral credit for referring yourself. You may only participate in the Programme with one individually-identifiable account (applied to accounts which are created using generic or role-based email addresses such as and not limited to ‘admin@’, ‘support@’, ‘accounts@’, ‘help@’, ‘enquiries@’, and so on). Friends you invite (“Referee”) have to fulfill the conditions required as per the Programme rules after signing up for a new Zeemart account while this Programme is still active.
Ineligible Referrals
Unless otherwise noted, the Programme is not available for certain Zeemart accounts, including but not limited to: accounts owned by Zeemart employees, and select Zeemart account plans deemed ineligible (collectively, “Ineligible Referrals”). In addition, Referrals made through non-authorized Zeemart channels are not eligible for the Programme. Zeemart reserves the right to void any Referral reward for the following but not limited to:
a) ineligibility of any Programme participant,
b) fraudulent sign-ups or,
c) if Zeemart, in its sole discretion, finds that you have violated any of the Programme Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Referees
Each Referee must fulfill the conditions required as per the Programme rules after signing up for a new Zeemart account while this Programme is still active.
The Referee cannot receive reward for referring himself or by renewing his account with Zeemart or have previously created a Zeemart account.
The Referee must disclose the fact that he are a Zeemart customer when you make referrals. You agree to let your Referee know that you are the Referrer and that you may receive a referral reward if your Referee signs up on Zeemart. You will not receive any referral reward if your referrals are rejected or are not received for any reason, or if you fail to comply with any of the terms of the Programme.
Reward Redemption: Members will be notified via email and/or phone call when they have earned a reward, and will be required to claim their reward within 30 days. Note: pending rewards unclaimed and unacknowledged within 30 days after the Referer and/or Referee have been notified will be forfeited. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.
By entering or by providing Zeemart with your contact information (all information collected by Zeemart under the Programme shall be governed by Zeemart’s Privacy Policy), you have given your consent to Zeemart and/or its employee(s) to send messages through but not limited to SMS, email, phone call, and social media channels to you through the details and personal particulars provided by you.
Additional Terms and Conditions
No Misrepresentations. You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Referral Programme, either by affirmative representation, implication, or omission. In particular, you agree that you will not:
1. Impersonate any person or entity.
2.Create fake accounts, blogs, webpages, profiles, websites, links, or messages.
Misrepresent your relationship with Zeemart or any other third party (Don’t create content or communications that could have the effect of leading a consumer to believe that it is an official communication from Zeemart).
Suggest that an affiliation or partnership exists with a third party where none exists.
Don’t make misrepresentations with respect to the characteristics or qualification requirements for any referral rewards. You acknowledge that Zeemart may change the characteristics or qualification requirements for referral rewards in its discretion, and therefore you shall not represent any fixed characteristics (e.g., amount of Referral Rewards, expiration date).
Other restrictions. You also agree that you will not:
Create websites, domains, URLs, social media handles, or email addresses containing the word “Zeemart”;
Use the names or marks of Zeemart competitors;
Use images of celebrities or other public or private figures without their written consent;
Use someone else’s brand name or intellectual property without their written consent;
Engage in phishing or attempting to obtain financial or other personal information; Solicit passwords or personally identifiable information;
Sell your Referral Code. You agree that you will only distribute your Zeemart’s Referral Code free of charge only for promotional purposes. You may not sell, trade, or barter your Zeemart’s Referral Code under any circumstances. You may not pay or provide anything of value to an invited user beyond any referral reward or collateral supplied by Zeemart.
Violate or infringe on the rights of a third party. You will not create any Zeemart’s Referral Code that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You will adhere to the License terms in any use of the Zeemart trademarks and logos.
Advertise. You agree that you will not pay to advertise your Zeemart’s Referral Code or the Referral Programme, including but not limited via Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create printed materials other than those authorized by Zeemart.
Post printed materials on public or private property without the express written consent.
Engage in fraudulent activity. You agree that you and your referrals will not defraud or abuse (or attempt to defraud or abuse) Zeemart, the terms of the Zeemart’s Referral Programme, or any invited users.
If you violate any of these restrictions, Zeemart may, in its discretion, remove your eligibility to participate in the Referral Programme, and/or deny you any Referral Rewards earned in violation or suspected violation of these restrictions.
Tax: You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the Programme.
Void Where Prohibited: This Programme is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Zeemart Referral Programme at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to not award a credit or disqualify someone from the Programme if we feel, in our sole discretion, that fraudulent behavior or other unethical conduct has occurred in any way that compromises the fairness the Programme in any way. Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions and are not valid for previous offers or orders. Spam, unsolicited commercial email, or any form of illegal means of communication is illegal, prohibited, and will be grounds for termination of your account and participation in this Programme. Fraudulent or unethical means of communication such as using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts is also prohibited and will result in similar actions by us with respect to terminating your account and participation in the Programme. By participating in this Programme, you agree to release and hold us harmless and our affiliates and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, consultants, and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Programme (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Programme. You further agree that the Programme and rewards are provided "as is where is".
Programme Rules

To earn rewards for referrals, you need to be a Zeemart app or Zeemart Buyer Hub user, who has used Zeemart for at least 1 month and has made S$15,000 worth of orders through Zeemart in the first month. By participating in this Programme, you are deemed to have accepted the Programme Terms & Conditions.
Rules for Referrers
Referrer and Referee will receive one reward for each successful referral/new account activation. Each reward is worth S$100, and is to be split into 2 parts.
1st month of usage from the referred user with a minimum of S$15,000 of orders will unlock S$50 to both Referrer and Referee.
2nd month of usage from the referred user with a minimum of S$15,000 of orders will unlock the next S$50 to both Referrer and Referee.
You must be an active Zeemart app or Buyer Hub user with a Zeemart account in good standing to earn rewards for your referrals.
You cannot refer yourself or your colleagues within the same organisation or within the same holding company.
After your referee successfully signed up for a Zeemart account with your Referral Code and has made at least S$15,000 worth of orders through Zeemart in the 1st month and/or 2nd month of usage, you will be notified via email and/or phone call that you have earned a reward.
Note: pending rewards unclaimed and unacknowledged within 30 days after the Referer and/or Referee have been notified will be forfeited. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.
YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THE AWARD WITH AN EMAIL BEFORE CLAIMING THE REWARD SO AS TO BE ELIGIBLE TO CLAIM YOUR REWARD.
Please allow up to 4 weeks after the successful referral actions and validation for the rewards to be applied.

After you have signed up for a Zeemart account with the Referral Code on the Sign-up Form and/or demo request form (over here at demo.zeemart.asia/buyer and zeemart.asia/referral-programme) and has made at least S$15,000 worth of orders through Zeemart in the 1st month and/or 2nd month of usage, you will be notified via email and/or phone call that you have earned a reward.
Note: pending rewards unclaimed and unacknowledged within 30 days after the Referer and/or Referee have been notified will be forfeited. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or other merchandise.
